It’s a Great Day to be a Bobcat

Winter Carnival

Let’s face it, I’ve been in the library for most of the evening, and my level of productivity has dropped significantly. I spent most of the night researching different villages and “departements” in Burkina Faso to put the surveys I’m analyzing for my thesis into context. But it’s Winter Carnival, and there are much more interesting activities than listening to OK Go on Pandora, sifting through websites. I already missed the hypnotist, but if I leave now, I definitely have time to grab a bagel-egg-cheese-and-bacon sandwich at the Den before going to the Little Room to hear some Batesies sing karaoke…

PS. One thing that will always make me smile: finding a copy of “Business Week” or some other periodical on the shelf in the Library bathroom. (True story.)
